La Parilla at Broad Grand Opening
Caltech Dining Services has changed the cuisine at Broad Cafe from Thai to Mexican. La Parilla ("the grill") at Broad will open its doors on Monday, May 14, offering fresh, authentic Mexican food. La Parilla is also serving an assortment of Mexican-style beers. Honey Weizen, made by Caltech alumnus Phillip Sutton's Skyscraper Brewing Company, is on tap as well. Happy Hour will remain from 4 to 6 p.m., and half-off appetizers will continue to be offered during that time.
